Voluntary Recall of Iverhart Plus Virbac is conducting a voluntary recall of six(6) lots of Iverhart Plus Flavored Chewables. While these lots met all specifications at the time of release into distribution, product testing has determined that the ivermectin potency has failed to meet stability requirements during the life of the product. The following lot numbers are involved:
Lot 120076 (Brown 51-100) Lot 120086 (Brown 51-100) Lot 120856 (Brown 51-100) Lot 120202 (Green 26-50) Lot 120196 (Blue 1-25) Lot 120844 (Blue 1-25) If you have purchased Iverhart Plus please check the lot number located on the outside of the box on the bottom flap. You can also find the lot number on the blister pack of pills. If you find you have a lot number that is in the list, please call the office and we will help with the replacement of the product.
